Bengaluru to host biggest exhibition on E-Commerce, Logistics, Warehousing, and Supply Chain

As India’s digital economy surges forward, the backbone that supports its momentum, e-commerce logistics, warehousing, and supply chain infrastructure, is undergoing rapid transformation. In response to this evolution, E-Commerce Logistics Expo, co-located with the 4th edition of Intralogistics & Warehousing Expo, will take place from 6–8 November 2025 at KTPO Convention Centre, Whitefield, Bengaluru.

The exhibitions will bring together more than 200 exhibitors presenting new to latest solutions across logistics automation, material handling systems, micro-fulfilment technologies, warehouse infrastructure, supply chain software, and express delivery services. With over 10,000 professionals expected to attend, the event will serve as a high-impact meeting ground for the region’s most forward-thinking retailers, brands, logistics players, and technology providers.

Gateway to South India

The choice of Bengaluru as the host city is both strategic and symbolic. As the digital commerce capital of India, Bengaluru anchors the southern market that contributes over 35% of the nation’s online retail demand. Cities like Chennai and Hyderabad are also playing pivotal roles, driving the adoption of q-commerce, expanding fulfilment capabilities, and investing heavily in express logistics infrastructure. Bengaluru alone is a key contributor to India’s burgeoning $3 billion quick commerce market, underlining the region’s readiness for deeper technological integration and operational scale.

“Bengaluru stands at the crossroads of technology and logistics, a city where bold ideas turn into scalable solutions. Hosting the event here reflects the region’s pivotal role in redefining how India moves goods, serves customers, and builds e-commerce infrastructure. It’s the right place to spark the next wave of transformation,” shared Anuj Mathur, Managing Director, Future Market Events.

Key Support from Trade bodies

What sets this platform apart is not only its scale but also the strength of its ecosystem. The exhibitions are backed by prominent trade bodies including Peenya Industries Association (PIA), Federation of Karnataka Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FKCCI), Bengaluru, Karnataka Small Scale Industries Association (KASSIA), Federation of Freight Forwarders’ Associations in India (FFFAI), AIDC Solutions & Research Foundation- ASAR, and the Warehousing Association of India (WAI), among others. Their collective support highlights the importance of collaborative industry action to shape the next phase of India’s logistics and e-commerce journey.

Networking Conference

A major highlight of the event is the two-day Networking Conference, which brings together 80+ distinguished speakers from across the logistics, e-commerce, warehousing, and supply chain spectrum. The conference will host two focused summits, E-Commerce Logistics Summit and the Warehousing & Supply Chain Summit: covering a wide range of topics from emerging technologies and automation trends to policy frameworks, last-mile delivery innovations, and green logistics, the sessions will deliver actionable intelligence and spark collaborative discussions driving change in the industry.
